In 2005, our founder Rajesh Kumar Sharma started Pratham Realty Group with a single conviction: that every Indian family deserves a home that is not just structurally sound, but truly beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and delivered on time.
Starting with a modest residential project in Pune, the company grew steadily through a philosophy of quality over quantity, transparency over shortcuts, and relationships over transactions. Word spread. Trust compounded.
